About
Nathan Yeomans is a UK-based curator working internationally across contemporary art, exhibition-making and research. His practice explores the relationship between art, architecture and spatial experience, with a particular interest in how exhibition environments shape artistic interpretation and cultural identity.
Nathan has developed exhibitions and worked with institutions and artists in London, Lisbon and Shanghai, bringing together curatorial research and collaborative approaches to exhibition-making. His projects include Danwei Unfolding (2025) at TANK Shanghai, which was awarded the TANK Curator Prize. The project also brought him into contact with leading figures in contemporary art, including Qiao Zhibing, the founder of TANK Shanghai and a prominent art collector.
Nathan holds an MA in Curating Contemporary Art from the Royal College of Art (2023), a Graduate Diploma in Curating Art, Museums and Galleries from Sotheby's Institute of Art (2021), and a BA in Fine Art from Chelsea College of Arts, University of the Arts London (2018).
Alongside his curatorial practice, he offers individual mentorship and consultancy for artists, emerging curators and prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students, drawing on his academic training and professional experience within international contemporary art.
